Your young athlete will build speed, strength, coordination, and confidence in a supportive team environment. Every session combines movement skills, age-scaled HYROX-style workouts, and games that make fitness fun.
Our 3-Phase Program
We have a 3-Phase Program designed around Off-Season, Build Season and Race Season.

Off-Season
In the off-season we build the foundation so you can be the strongest and healthiest athlete possible. We also test some Key Benchmarks so you can establish a baseline to build off of.

Build Season
In the Build Season we build up the volume on the Key HYROX Components. Including your Station Work, ERG Conditioning and Running.

Race Season
Finally, in Race Season we dial in your Race Pace and Intensity, while mastering Pacing and Race Strategy in simulation style workouts.
