Intro Group Webinar – Zoom or In person
- Covers training principles – volume, intensity, injury prevention, periodization
- Discipline specific gear recommended
- Nutrition for day to day and workout
- Recovery techniques
Weekly Bike/Run Workout – Tuesday at 6-730pm – Laurel Heights Secondary School, Waterloo, ON
- First 30-45 mins: Focusing on things like: pacing, hills, gearing, bike handling, run form, mount/dismounts, transitions, fuelling etc.
- Final 45-60 mins: Implement learnings via bike and/or run workout
2x Coached Open Water Sessions – Guelph Lake
Structured Training via TrainingPeaks App
- 2 Swims

- 1 Bike/Run Brick (in person on thursdays)
