Kyle Simpson

Dr. Kyle is a chiropractor, nutrition coach, and triathlete. His passion is helping people perform, feel, and live their best lives. He takes an evidence-informed approach to nutrition — helping clients fuel their goals, whether that’s losing weight, improving sports performance, building muscle, or simply feeling more energized day to day. Kyle works with a wide range of clients — from busy professionals to competitive athletes — providing personalized nutrition strategies that fit real life and deliver results.

Rhiannon Marion

Rhiannon has been working in the fitness industry since 2014. She received her undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics in 2016, and her Masters in Human Health and Nutrition Sciences in 2019. Her passion for fitness began with her own fitness journey in 2010, where aesthetics drove her desire for change. Now, she values her health, longevity, empowerment, and the fun fitness brings her over aesthetics. Since these humble beginnings, she has gotten her NASM CPT certificate, her PN L1 nutrition coaching certification, and she is a certified fascial stretch therapist.

Michelle de Jong

Michelle has been coaching for over 15 years, beginning her first company in university training young female hockey players off the ice. After graduating, she co-founded Limitless Performance to recreate the culture, community, and high-performance environment she loved as an athlete.

Today, Michelle helps people feel strong, confident, and capable through personalized training and nutrition coaching. She’s passionate about teaching the Fit Life—building strength, improving longevity, and fueling your body with purpose—so clients can move better, feel better, and enjoy life more.
