Meet our coaches

Adam de Jong

Specialty: Optimal Health, Strength Training, Hybrid Training, HYROX Training

Adam’s passion for fitness and personal training started after finishing competitive sports in his early 20s. With a background spanning hockey, triathlon, running, CrossFit, and HYROX, he understands how to balance strength, conditioning, injury prevention, and performance for clients at all levels.

Most of Adam’s clients come to him to improve their overall health and fitness. Every training plan is personalized, but the ultimate goal is always the same: to build a strong, capable, and active body that supports a high quality of life for years to come.

Known for his steady coaching style and long-term approach, Adam has trained many of his clients for over a decade—creating meaningful relationships built on trust, consistency, and real results.

Michelle de Jong

Specialty: Strength Training, Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness, Peri/Post Menopause Training

 

Michelle has been coaching for over 15 years, beginning her first company in university training young female hockey players off the ice. After graduating, she co-founded Limitless Performance to recreate the culture, community, and high-performance environment she loved as an athlete.

Today, Michelle helps people feel strong, confident, and capable through personalized training and nutrition coaching. She’s passionate about teaching the Fit Life—building strength, improving longevity, and fueling your body with purpose—so clients can move better, feel better, and enjoy life more.

Rhiannon Marion

Specialty: Strength training, mobility, general fitness and older adult. In person and online coaching/ fitness programs available.

Rhiannon has been working in the fitness industry since 2014. She received her undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics in 2016, and her Masters in Human Health and Nutrition Sciences in 2019. Her passion for fitness began with her own fitness journey in 2010, where aesthetics drove her desire for change. Now, she values her health, longevity, empowerment, and the fun fitness brings her over aesthetics. Since these humble beginnings, she has gotten her NASM CPT certificate, her PN L1 nutrition coaching certification, and she is a certified fascial stretch therapist.

Personal training and nutrition coaching*:
30 min: 60 + tax
45 min: 75 + tax
60 min: 90 + tax
*single nutrition sessions not included in transform programs

Fascial stretch therapy:
30 min: 67 + tax
60 min: 97 + tax

Online Coaching/ Programming:
Rhiannon specializes in creating detailed, goal-oriented programs for you to follow in home or at your gym. An initial program includes a movement assessment and program delivery with optional weekly coaching. Follow-up programs include follow-up on previous program to inform your new workout-plan and program delivery  to provide detailed discussion of your new program. Purchase programs as you go.

$250 Initial program: movement assessment, program delivery and weekly check-in for program duration (4-6 weeks)

$200 Initial program: movement assessment and program delivery, no check-in

$200 Follow-up Program: program delivery and check-ins.

$130 Follow-up Program: program delivery with-out check-in.
