Gabriel Chalut - Triathlon & Running Leader - Windsor, ON

Gabriel got into triathlon during the pandemic – seeking challenge, connection, and a way to stay competitive. Since then, he’s raced at a high level, winning the overall amateur title at St. Goerge 70.3 just a few weeks ago and is now chasing a sub-4 hour finish.

As a coach, Gabriel is all about personalization and progress. He takes the time to truly understand each athlete – where they’re starting from, what they’re aiming for, and how training can fit their lifestyle. Whether you’re chasing your first finish line or a Kona slot, Gabriel’s approach is about consistency, commitment, and enjoying the process.

Gabriel loves coaching highly motivated athletes with big goals, first timeres and eleites alike- as long as you bring the fire. His favourite session is the long endurance ride – coffee stops, great company and plenty of time to build durability. His post-race fuel is chocolate milk – simple and effective. Outside of training, you will catch Gabriel playing other sports, staying active and pushing his limits in all kinds of ways.

If you join Jamieson for a workout, he’ll take care of the pacing, rest timing, and jokes — all you need to do is have fun and run free.
