Participation Requirements

Before joining, every participant receives a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment with our team. This ensures you start safely, with the right modifications in place, and allows us to track your progress from day one.

To ensure safety and success, participants should be able to:

  • Get up and down from the ground with minimal assistance

  • Use their core to move on/off a bench (like setting up for a chest press)

  • Perform basic movement patterns: bodyweight squat, hinge, row, and press

Note: Limited wrist extension or overhead mobility is okay—we’ll provide modifications. If more foundational support is needed, personal training is recommended before joining the group.

$30 per session = $180 per month
